Answer:

One can reach Mumbai by ship but not Bhopal and Jaipur because Mumbai is a coastal region of India. It is situated on the bank of the Arabian sea. So anyone can reach Mumbai by ship. But Bhopal is not situated near any sea or ocean. So to reach Jaipur and Bhopal anyone will have to use other transport systems like bus, train, plane, etc.
