number of red cards = 26
number of queen cards which are not red = 2
number of red cards or queen cards = 26+2 = 28
the required probability = 28/52 = 7/13
the probability that the card is neither red nor queen = 1-(7/13)
=6/13

i \:  \frac{28}{52}  =  \frac{19}{26}
ii \:  \frac{24}{52}  =  \frac{6}{13}
