Answer:

\mathbf{\dfrac{7}{13}}

Step-by-step explanation:

Let S be Sample Space

n(S) = No. of ways of drawings a card from 52 cards = 52C1 = 52

Let E be the Event that drawn card is either red or kind

No. of red cards n(R) = 26

No. of Kings n(K) = 4

No. of red Kings n(KnR) = 2

n(E) = n(R) + n(K) - n(KnR)

n(E) = 26+4-2

n(E) = 28

\textbf{Probability of occurance of event}

\mathsf{P(E) = \frac{n(E)}{n(S)}}

\implies \mathsf{P(E) = \dfrac{28}{52}}

\implies \mathsf{P(E) = \dfrac{7}{13}}
