Answer: total no of cards in a deck = 52

no.of red cards in a deck =26

total no of possible outcomes/total no. of outcomes=probability of event

=26/52

=1/2

2) total no. of cards in a deck = 52

no.of face cards in a deck =12

total no.of possible outcomes/total no. of outcomes =probability of event

= 12/52

=3/13

3) total no.of cards in a deck =52

no. of hearts=13

total no.of possible outcomes/total no. of outcomes =probability of an event

=13/52

=1/3

4)total no.of cards =52

no.of 10 of a black card=2

total  no.of  possible outcomes/total no.of outcomes =probability of an event

=2/52

=1/26

5)total cards =52

ace cards=4

total  no.of  possible outcomes/total no.of outcomes =probability of an event

=4/52

=1/13

6)total cards =52

spades=13

total  no.of  possible outcomes/total no.of outcomes =probability of an event

=13/52

=1/3

(a) red are 26

P(a) = 26/52 = 1/2

(b) Face Card are the cards in which there are faces.

P(b) = 12/52 = 3/13

(c) Heart Cards that means cards of Hearts.

P(c) = 13/52 = 1/4

(d) 10 of a black cards are 2.

P(d) =2/52 = 1/26

(e) Ace cards are 4

P(e) = 4/52 = 1/13

(f) Spade cards are 13

P(f) = 13/52 = 1/4
