1. probability of an ace = no. of ace in the cards /

total number of cards

so, p ( ace ) = 4/52 = 1/13

2.probability of either red or king = no.of red cards + 2 black king / total number of cards

probability= 26+ 2/52. = 28 /52 = 7/13

3 . probability = no. of red cards + one king / total number of cards

p(red+one king ) = 26 + 1 / 53 = 27/ 52

4 . probability of a face cards = total no of face cards / total number of cards

p( face cards) = 12 / 52 = 3/ 13

5.probability of 5 of spades = no.of 5 in spades / total number of cards

p ( 5 spades ) = 1/52
