using formula we have to find the circumference of the both circles and subtract the circumference of first circumference to second circumference

Radius of first circle= 98cm.

Circumference of First circle = 2πr = 2×22/7×98 = 2×22×14 = 616cm.

Radius of concentric circle = 1m26cm = 100×26 = 2600cm.

Circumference of concentric circle = 2πr = 2×22/7×2600 = 114400/7= 16342.85cm.

length Circumference of second circle - Length of first circle = 16342.85-2600= 13742.85cm.

Hence,
The circumference of second circle is 13742.85cm longer than First circle
