As we are adolescent ,and as ours is a growing age we must have healthy food . The food we eat daily is acceptable. We must have a healthy breakfast which includes all the nutrients . lunch and dinner goes the same way . we have to avoid junk food ,oily food . we go through many changes so we really need to be health conscious. hope it helps bestie
