My experience that I am a IPS officer only for one day. It is post where when I was stand I wanted to change the system of police. But I have only one day. I was not wasting my time and gone for my given the best day of my life. Firstly I check all the which against to my police department of some police officer which not do their job properly they are suspended all because the one bad fish spoil the name of pond . Then we take a major step for girls protection. After that we do some major step for such condition acid attack, murdered cases, etc.
