It is 31 dec. , suppose you are asking on 1 january 2009 so day before yesterday means 30 dec.2008 He was 23 but on 31 dec.08 he was 24 and as on this year (2009) on 31 dec. 09 he will be 25 and next year (on 31 dec. 2010) he will be 26 year old and its the solution
