One day while returning from school i saw 4to5 boys throwing stones on a small puppy lying beside the road. I at once rushed to them and told them not to do it. They initially resisted but soon a number of gathered on the scene and the boys fled. I checked the puppy for any injury but it was fine so I left the spot.
