Once I started following the healthy diet chart I began to feel fit and healthy it helped me lose my weight and there was no irritation and there would be no pain at my leg while running I could be more flexible and I was a surprise to everyone would be smaller than me and my height gained a little bit well I would say that this was my most comfortable day and this a memory I still remember.
