If I face a situation like this in my real life then the first action I should take would be giving some food to him/ her.. Because it is our duty to keep our siblings okay.. Because it is our first responsibility.. Ya we all have this responsibility.. We must never forget that.. And after that I would ask the reasons led him/ her to being a beggar. I would ask about their family too and if that child is an orphan then I would inform child protection officer about that child to took her to an orphanage and take care that child.. After that the child will not be in hunger and never want to beg anyone. There she/ he would be safe and will be educated. And I would also do some helps that I can..
