Producer: The mode of nutrition in which organisms prepare their own food by simple inorganic material like carbon dioxide and water in the presence of sunlight and chlorophyll. This type of nutrition is seen in :
1. Green plants
2. Euglena
3. Autotrophic bacteria
This mode of nutrition is also called Autotrophic nutrition.

Consumers: The mode of nutrition in which organisms do not prepare their own food but obtain from other organisms.
This nutrition is seen in:
1. Humans
2. Non green plants
3. Animals
This mode of nutrition is also called heterotrophic nutrition.

Hope this helps you.
