One dog and cat was friends. One day they were playing in the house of Mr. jackson. Suddenly dog killed cat? Why?

I m not sure if my answer will be correct or not but I will surely try to answer.

First of all there is a error in ur sentence it should be one dog and cat were friends not was friends.

Now the answer goes as follows-:

I think as they were playing in mr.JACK son means the house was of a jackal.So the dog knew that the jack will kill and eat the cat so the dog killed him and ate him first and made his stomach full.

Sry I know the answer is wrong but I tried.
