One dozen orange weigh 1 kg 720 g = 1.720 kg
i.e. 12 oranges weigh 1.720 kg

Therefore number of oranges weighing 13 kg 760 g = 13.760 kg is
 \frac{12}{1.72} \times 13.76 = 96 \: oranges\\ = \frac{96}{12} = 8 \: dozen
