One electron is present in the outermost shell of the atom of an element x .What would be the nature n value of charge on ion formed if this electron will also be removed from outer shell

The atom will give it's one electron to make itself stable. As, it gives it's one electron then the atom will no longer be neutral
It will acquire a postive charge. The charge will be 1+(or sometimes said +1).
