Answer: age of A is 55 yrs and age of B is 21yrs

Step-by-step explanation:

let the age of A be x and B be y

A/Q

x/11 = y/7+2

x/11-y/7=2

(7x-11y)/77=2

7x-11y=154—— eq1

also

2y=x-13

x=2y+13

by putting value of x in eq1

7(2y+13) -11y= 154

14y+91-11y=154

3y=154-91

y=63/3

y=21

therefore, x=2*21+13

x=42+13

x=55

Hence, age of A is 55 yrs and age of B is 21 yrs.
