one end of of an iron bar is attracted and the other end is repelled by the north pole of a bar magnet. Can you definitely say that iron is a magnet?if both ends are attracted by the north pole,what would your conclusion

if one side of the magnet is attracted with an iron bar and the other side can not attract then the iron bar is a magnet .when the both end of the iron bar is attracted with the magnet then the iron bar is not a magnet

if one side of a iron bar attract with the magnet and repel with other side then a iron bar is a magnet if it can attract with both the sides so, iron bar is not a magnet.
