A. This refers to the existence of more than one level of government in the

     country.

B. The system of separation of powers divides the tasks of the state into three

    branches: legislative, executive and judicial.

C. Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles are described as the

    conscience of the Indian Constitution by Granville Austin, an acclaimed  

     authority on the Government, Politics, Polity, and the Constitution of India.

D.  Israel is defined in several of its laws as a Democratic Jewish state, but

     has no state or official religion, "Jewish" being treated as a nationality.

E. The Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India defines and specifies

    allocation of powers and functions between Union & States. It contains
