Let

  • The number = x

Now , according to the given statement

\pink{\rightarrow} \dfrac{1}{5}x + 5 = \dfrac{1}{4} - 4

\pink{\rightarrow} \dfrac{x}{5} - \dfrac{x}{4} = -4 - 5

\pink{\rightarrow} \dfrac{4x - 5x}{20} = -9

\pink{\rightarrow} \dfrac{-x}{20} = -9

\pink{\rightarrow} \dfrac{x}{20} = 9

\pink{\rightarrow} \green{\boxed{x = 180}}

Hence the value of x is 180
