One-half of a convex lens is covered with a black paper. Will this lens produce a complete image of the object? Explain !

Yes , the lens will produce the image.

But the intensity of the image will be less or to say it will be some what blurred. This is so because the one part doesn't transmit light and so intensity reduces.

But a complete image will be formed as the light rays converge and form the image on the side which is not covered by black paper.
