One has bitter past experiences from his childhood and at present when ever he is happy, he is remembering his past experiences and he is crying. How to come out of that ? he need to ovrcome from his past and if his family is not listening him he must share his prblms with his frnds or maybe their is someone in his family his brother or sister who can understand his problem .He need to forget it otherwise he cannot enjoy his present whtevr has done in his past it's not in his hand now he must forget it ...
saying these things are very easy obviously u know what our memories always remain with us but we need to emerge ourselves in the present
