now, come to the question,

so, total number of ions, n = 3
so, Van't Hoff's factor, i = 1 - + 3
= 1 + 2
now, if degree of dissociation is 100% . then, = 1 and then Van't Hoff's factor will be i = 1 + 2 = 3.
