1. (11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99 )

9/90=1/10

2. from 10 to 19, 1 number is there, like this from 20 to 29 there are 2numbers are there................................similarly from 90 to 99 there are 9 digits.

total number of digits =9×10=90/2=45

probability will be 45/90 which is also equal to 1/2.

3. from 10 to 19 there are 8 numbers (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19)..........and from 80 to 89 there is only one number (89)

therefore, number of the 2 digit numbers where the first digit being smaller than the other is =8×9/2=72/2=36

the probability will be 36/90
