The Lady should tell her name and if the doctor laughs or teases her about it, she should slap him right away as we have no right to criticize anyone's appearance, caste, gender, name, race, language and physical appearance. The doctor, being very educated, lacks social mentality. As now it our one of our fundamental duty to protect one who is bullied anywhere.
