P2 = 3P1

V2 = 3V1

using combined gas law

 \frac{p1v1}{t1}  =  \frac{p2v2}{t2}

=> (P1 × V1)/(P2 × V2) = T1/ T2

=> 1/9 = 283/T2

=> T2 = 283 × 9 = 2547 K = 2274 ℃
