Answer : The temperature at pressure 0.75 atm is 225 K.

Solution : Given,

P_1=1atm

V_1=1L

T_1=300K

P_=0.75atm

V_2=1L

By using ideal gas law,

PV=nRT

where,

P = pressure of gas

V = volume of gas

n = number of moles

R = Gas constant

T = temperature of gas

According to the question, the mass and volume of gas are equal. So, gas depends on pressure and temperature. Now the formula become,

\frac{P_1}{T_1}= \frac{P_2}{T_2}

Now put all the given values in this formula, we get

\frac{1atm}{300K}= \frac{0.75atm}{T_2}

T_2=225K

Therefore, the temperature at pressure 0.75 atm is 225 K.
