Difference between Cartilaginous and Bony fishes (Chondrichthyes and Osteichthyes) Fishes are vertebrates with scales, fins and gills. ...Cyclostomes (Jawless fishes) have acircular aperture called mouth. They lack paired fins and are called lamprey and hag fish.
