ONE MAN living in a building in 12 floor when coming down he uses elevator but when going up imean 12th floor by elevator he used to go 8 floor and he used to go 12 floor by steps from floor 8. question is why he used to 8 floor?? And why he uses steps??

HE IS SO short that he can reach only the number of 8th one ....so he presses it but while going down he to press the down button that button is Also is the height of man
