Answer:

A.1 Resistance of a conductor is directly proportion to length of conductor and inversely proportion to the area of cross- section and nature of the object, it is given by OHM'S law

A.2 These are devices which calculate electric current and potential difference respectively.

A.3 Tungsten is an alloy which donot get oxidise even at very high temperature and has higher resistance than conductors.

A.4 open circuit in which switch is off and current is not flowing and in closed circuit switch is on and current is flowing.

A.5 Copper and silver both are good conductor of electricity and their is much higher than any other conductor as we cannot afford silver wires , we use copper wire

A.6 It can be define as a close path in which current  is flowing or active path way for electons.

A.7 S.I unit of electric current is Ampere. It can be define as flow of charge per unit time.

A.8 It is the power of appliances.

A.9 In parallel circuit we can switch off or on any appliances according to our will while in series if we switch off any of the appliance all other will also       be switched on or off.

Any other relevant points.

A.10 Acc. to OHM'S law resistance of electric current is inversely proportional to the area of cross-section of wire. Therefore, current will flow more easily by a thick wire.

Hope this will help :D
