Hey friend
Let the work done by 1st man = 1/3
Let the work done by 2nd man = 1/2
Work done by both men = 1/3 +1/2(LCM of 3 and 2 is 6)
2+3/6 = 5/6 =6/5
Both men take 6/5 hours to do work.
