I am standing in front of you to say a speech on the topic health and hygiene.
We all know that health is a state of complete physical,mental and social well being.The health of a all organisms depends on their personal habits, economic status and physical environment or surroundings. We should try to gain a good health by keeping us strong and feet. We should take proper hyg like keeping us clean. Health determines our strength and character so hygiene and good health is important in our life.
