My Stock trading experiences has taught me one thing, if it’s not working for you, just pause and exit at the earliest. There’s no point in increasing losses.
Here you too exit from the campaign for a while. There’s no point wasting another two months, and with it, the money too.
You can always get back to the table and explain your position to your CEO.
Remember, it’s not the failure that rattles CEOs, if you admit that things have not gone according to your plan, and are able to control your losses in the present circumstances to come out stronger with your plan B, this attitude will certainly impress your CEO.
