(a^2-b^2)=(a-b)(a+b)

(a+b)^2=(a+b)(a+b)

so that,

(a^2-b^2)/(a+b)^2

(a-b)(a+b)/(a+b)(a+b)

a-b/a+b proved

shinchan8796: The third proportional of two numbers a and b is defined to be that number c such that a : b = b : c.
So... a= (a-b)^2 and b=( a+b)^2
And third proportional 'c' be x
