To attach a pic u have to choose the attach icon which us shaped like a clip from the "+" icon which is given.

To attach pictures with ur questions, first click on the blue button to answer a question then click on the plus sign at the left side. There will be three options, click on the second one which looks like a clip. Then done, u can send pictures of with ur. questions.
