Heya dear,
here is your answer,

_______________

The present generation lives in a virtual world, where everything is hidden from the harsh realities. In such an illusionary world, one fail to distinguish reality from that which is superficial. This is well understand from the poem 'Mirror'. In the poem, the poet refers to the lady who has been looking into the mirror from many years. When she was young, she was encouraged to look again. However, as she ages, the changes that come over her face disturb her and she reacts vigorously to this. She expresses her anger to the mirror. The mirror reflects whatever looks into it. In other words, the reality is portrayed well. Thus living in the real world, we ought to be ready to accept the truth and move out of the virtual world. Facing the reality is a bolder stand than self pity.

Hey mate here's your answer.....

We must learn to accept reality however harsh it is . According to the poem Mirror by Sylvia Plath , their was shown a lady who was not ready to accept that she lost her beauty due to old age . But no one can change the reality so we should accept it , but the old lady didn't accepted that harsh truth and continued crying and sobbing.

Hope it Helps☺
