One such negative change is the stress due to biased nature of our teachers or employer at work.
In school, a frequently observed situation is the biased nature of a particular teacher where he/she purposely penalizes a student based on some personal grudge or past records.
Also, it may happen that he/she favours a particular student because of which others are victimized.
The same is observed as an employee in the office where one's boss particularly targets a person and harms him or her, either due to some personal grudge or past incidents.
