One of our classmate has come from a small city and is unable to speak english . He is other wise a sharp student . Yesterday he find for speaking in hindi. You do appreciate this action of the school authorities make a diary entry

Yes I appreciate the action of school authorities to fine the students who are speaking in hindi.But it is wrong on the school authorities part when they fined one if our classmate who has come from a small city and is unable to speak English.
