Solution -

Let the first no. be x and the second no. be 6x.

According to the question,

↬ 6x - x = 75

↬ 5x = 75

↬ x = $\sf{\dfrac{75}{5}}$

↬ x = 15

The value of x = 15

The two numbers -

↬ First number = x = 15

↬ Second number = 6x = 6 × 15 = 80
