let the third angle be x.

so,

50 + 90 + x = 180 \\  \\ 140 + x = 180 \\  \\ x = 180 - 140 \\  \\ x = 40
so, third acute angle is 40 degree.

The angles of the triangle are 50 + 90+ x
50+ 90+ x= 180(sum of the angles of a triangle is 180)
140+x = 180
x=180-140
= 40 degree
