we know that in a right angled triangle ,

there is a 90 degree angle in it and the sum of all angles in a triangle are equal to 180 degree

so,

90 degree +42 degree+acute angle =180 degree

132 degree + acute angle = 180 degree

acute angle =180 degree -132 degree

acute angle =48 degree
