We know that the Sum of interior angle of triangle is 180°

then,

< x + < y + < z = 180°

Given -

One Angle of triangle is 60°

Let < x be 60°

then,

60° + < y + < z = 180°

< y + < z = 120°........ (¡)

Difference between two angle is 20°

It means that

< y - < z = 20°

< y = 20 + < z

Putting the Value of < y on equation (¡)

Then,

20° + < z + < z = 180°

2 < z = 160°

< z = 80°

If < z = 80° then,

< x + < y + < z = 180°

60° + < y + 80° = 180°

< y = 180° - 140°

< y = 40°

Hence,

The measure of Small Angle is 40°
