If one base angle = 56 degrees the the other base angle of the isosceles triangle will be = 56 degrees

Let the vertical angle = x
56 + 56 + x = 180 (angle sum property)
= 112+ x = 180
So, x= 180 - 112
= 68 degree

Ans = 68 degree
