Let one angle is x

other angle be x + 10

A.T.Q

x + x+ 10 = 90 ( as complementary sum is 90 degree )

2x + 10 =90

2x = 90 - 10

2x = 80

x = 40

other angle = 40 + 10 =50

Ratio of both angle = First angle / second angle

= 40 / 50

=4/5
