Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

one of the diagonal of a rhombus is 11.6m.If area of the rhombus is 49.6msq.

To find:-

Find the length of the other diagonal .

Solution:-

One of the diagonal of a rhombus (d1)=11.6m

Let the other diagonal of the rhombus be d2 m

Area of a rhombus =d1d2/2 sq. units

= >Area=11.6×d2/2

=>Area=5.8 d2 sq.m

According to the given problem

Area of the given rhombus =49.6sq.m

=>5.8 d2=49.6

=>d2=49.6/5.8

=>d2=496/58

=>d2=8.55 m (approximately)

Answer:-

Length of the other diagonal =8.55m
