Answer:

as the centre of the circle is at the origin, then it is the mid point of the diameter with coordinates (0,0)

using mid point formula.

C (x, y) = [ (x1+x2)/2, (y1 + y2)/2 ]

ie C (0, 0) = [ (3 + x2)/2, (-2 + y2)/2 ]

on equating , we get

0 = (3 + x2)/2

0 = 3 + x2 or x2 = -3

similarly 0 = (-2 + y2)/2

0 = -2 + y2 or y2 = 2

therefore coordinates of the other end of the diameter of the given circle is ( -3, 2 )
