one of the equal side of an isoceles traingle is equal is 13cm and its permerter is 50 cm find area

Given,

If sides are a,b,c ;
a= b= 13 cm

c= ?
perrameter = 50cm

a+ b + ç= 50cm

13+13+ç = 50cm

c= 50-26

c= 24cm

Now using Heron's formula,

s =(a+b+ç)/2. ....where s is semi-perrameter

s= (13+13+24)/2

s= 50/2

s= 25cm
