Two sides are equal = 13 cm
Perimeter equals to sum of the three sides
= 13+13+x=50cm
=26+x=50cm
=50-26=24
The third side is 24 cm.
Area of a triangle = 1/2 X Base X height
= 1/2 x 24 x 26
= 312
So the area of the triangle is 312cm.
