Sum of interior opposite angles=exterior angle of a triangle
=>let interior angle=x
=>2x=100°
=>x=50°

the answer will be 50°
Because the sum of two interior angles is equal to the opposite exterior angle so
let the interior angle be = x
then
2x = 100 {}^{0}
x = 50 {}^{0}
