It is great achievement for the country, as our future lies in the hands of youth and children only.But the poor in the country especially the poor kids have to face lot of atrocities.

But now this act states that every child in the country has the right to study and education if the child lies between the age group of 6 years to 14 years.

The bill also seeks to amend no detention policy in schools which fill improve the rate of children studying.

The bill was passed by upper house of lok sabha under Union minister for Human Resources Development Prakash Javadekar’s.
